Delivery and Shipping Policy
At CONEON, we aim to ensure a seamless delivery experience for all our customers. Our Delivery and Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of construction materials and related products purchased through our platform.
1. Delivery Locations
We deliver to limited locations in Gurgaon. Soon, we’ll be expanding our services to other areas of Gurgaon and Delhi-NCR. Availability of delivery services may vary based on the location of the supplier and the shipping destination.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Standard Products: Orders are typically delivered within the same business day if ordered from a local vendor. For intercity orders, delivery depends on distance and availability of delivery partners in that location.
- Customized/Pre-Ordered Items: Delivery timelines for custom products will be communicated during the order confirmation process.
- Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, location, and external factors (e.g., weather conditions).
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Available for limited orders. If the item value is above Rs. 100,000/- and the delivery location is less than 30 km, we don’t charge delivery fees.
- For orders below this threshold, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the product weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy items.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.
5. Delivery Confirmation
- A delivery confirmation by OTP, signature, or acknowledgment may be required upon receipt of the goods.
- Please inspect your order upon delivery to ensure all items are correct and in good condition.
6. Delays and Rescheduling
While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, supplier delays, or logistical issues may cause delays. Customers will be promptly notified in such cases.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- Report any damages or missing items within 4 hours of delivery for resolution.
- Retain the packaging for inspection or return purposes.
8. Special Delivery Services
- Bulk Orders: For large-scale or bulk purchases, special delivery arrangements can be made. Contact our support team for assistance.
- Installation Services: Certain products may include or offer optional installation services. Additional charges and timelines will apply. For products without free service/installation services, you can opt for the SERVICE option on the CONEON app.
